Amazon Program Protects Sellers from Account Suspensions

Amazon has launched the Account Health Assurance (AHA) program to help sellers with good account health avoid account deactivation due to minor issues. By joining the AHA program, sellers who cooperate with Amazon to resolve issues within 72 hours can prevent account suspension. The program has already been implemented in the US and Canadian marketplaces and will be expanded to more marketplaces in the future. Sellers need to meet certain criteria, including an Account Health Rating, emergency contact information, and eligibility for priority shipping, to join the program.
